Piscitello Law Is Expanding!

|

We are super excited to welcome two outstanding individuals to our firm: Arley Kemmerer and Rachel Rubino. Among many other things, both are competitive pro-cyclists and solid supporters of women’s cycling.

Arley earned her law degree from the University of the District of Columbia (UDC), David A. Clarke School of Law. The mission of this urban law school is to promote social justice through the law. Given that training, it’s no surprise that Arley went on to establish her own law firm specializing in family law, and also to serve low-income residents through the Public Defender’s Office in Carbon County.

As of August 2018, Attorney Kemmerer joins Piscitello Law and will be Of Counsel for cycling matters. Arley’s extensive legal and cycling experience puts her in a strong position to defend cycling rights and to advocate for safer infrastructure, laws and awareness. Rachel Rubino attended Adelphi University and later worked as a bicycle courier to support her music career as she toured overseas in various bands. Her cycling career took off and by 2015 she competed in Belgium at the Scheldecross Antwerp. To date, Rachel has competed in 3 consecutive National Championship races.

During the day, Rachel is a bicycle mechanic and service manager at Philadelphia’s Bicycle Therapy. In “off” hours, she speaks at cycling workshops and clinics in the Northeast region. Rachel and Arley co-founded Fearless Femme CX (cyclocross), the only pro-cyclocross team with an all-women’s roster and the only team supported by a female bicycle mechanic.

Rachel’s experience enables her to share best practices in bike maintenance to promote cycling safety. She brings a unique skill set to Piscitello Law as both a cycling advocate and technical expert. Learn more about Rachel by clicking here:

As we welcome Arley and Rachel, we also extend our deep gratitude to Attorney Greg Lepore for his contribution to Piscitello Law. We send best wishes to Greg and his family as they relocate to Virginia for new adventures!
