Spotlight on Yoder Performance: 2025 Triathlon Season

Piscitello Law is proud to showcase the incredible success of Yoder Performance (YP)—a powerhouse triathlon team based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, coached by Andrew Yoder. While centered in PA, the team has expanded remotely and has a national and international presence throughout the racing circuit. The team has delivered an outstanding 2025 season and now heads into the September championship stretch with momentum and national recognition.

At Piscitello Law, we are thrilled to support these hardworking athletes, who inspire not only through their podium finishes but also through their unwavering dedication to the sport.

Connecting through Cycling

Joe Piscitello has known Andrew for close to a decade and connected through the region’s vibrant cycling community. In 2019, Joe and Andrew presented a Bike Law talk to discuss best practices of riding on the roads and how to avoid crashes. The talk was hosted by Dr. Joel Horning (Orthopedic Associates) in Lancaster, PA, where many YP athletes train.

Matthew Marquardt: Record-Breaking Pro Season

2025 has also been a breakout year for coached professional athlete Matthew Marquardt, who stormed to victory at both Ironman Cairns and Ironman Lake Placid, breaking the course record at the latter. Matthew now turns his focus to the Ironman World Championships in September.

Keeping Athletes Safe on Pennsylvania Roads

At Piscitello Law, we’re more than proud sponsors—we’re passionate advocates for road safety. As cyclists and endurance athletes ourselves, we understand the risks athletes face while training, especially on open roads. We’re committed to helping to keep these competitors safe as they train and prepare throughout the season.

As we cheer on Yoder Performance through the rest of 2025, we are inspired by their discipline, grit, and camaraderie. From Lancaster to Kona, Yoder Performance is making its mark, and we are honored to be on this journey with them.
